Smoked Spinach Dip

This smoked spinach dip is the ultimate party appetizer! Filled with layers of flavor the spinach dip is smoked on your pellet grill using Apple Mash Pellets. The smoky sweetness of the pellets takes this creamy dip to the next level. Everyone will love this amazing dip! Smoke On!

Smoked Spinach Dip
  1. Filled the hopper of your pellet grill with Apple Mash Pellets. (or your favorite Pellets).
  2. Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees F.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream together.
  4. Add thawed spinach and cheeses into the cream cheese mixture. (Save some parmesan cheese for topping later).
  5. Add the seasonings and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a foil bowl or ceramic dish.
  1. Place the spinach dip into the pellet grill for 25 mins.
  2. After 25 min mix and smoke for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Top off with the remaining parmesan cheese. Smoke until the cheese is melted.
  4. Optional- Tear croissant rolls into smaller pieces and smoke for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve and Enjoy! Smoke On!
