Smoked Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- Cookinpellets Apple Mash Pellets
- 8 oz Block of Cream Cheese
- 10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp Onion Salt
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Croissant Rolls Optional for Dipping

Prep
- Filled the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets. (or your favorite Cookinpellets.com Pellets).
- Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream together.
- Add thawed spinach and cheeses into the cream cheese mixture. (Save some parmesan cheese for topping later).
- Add the seasonings and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a foil bowl or ceramic dish.
Cook
- Place the spinach dip into the pellet grill for 25 mins.
- After 25 min mix and smoke for an additional 10 minutes.
- Top off with the remaining parmesan cheese. Smoke until the cheese is melted.
- Optional- Tear croissant rolls into smaller pieces and smoke for 15 minutes.
