Smoked Cheese Sticks

Make your favorite cheese sticks even better by smoking them on your pellet grill. The mozzarella sticks are smoked using Apple Mash Pellets. These cheese sticks make the perfect smoky snack! Smoke On!

Smoked Cheese Sticks
  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 90 degrees.
  2. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with your favorite Pellets (I love Apple Mash Pellets)
  3. Put cheese sticks in an aluminum foil tray and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  1. Place the tray of cheese sticks in your pellet grill and smoke for 2 hours.
  2. Once the cheese has cooled, it will taste bitter and ashy.
  3. Air seal cheese sticks and leave them for ONE MONTH. They will be “marinating” In the smokiness and will be worth the wait!
  4. You can store the cheese for up to 1 year!
  5. Smoke On!
