Smoked Brisket Sliders
These smoked brisket sliders are the perfect party appetizer or entree! Season your leftover brisket with Cookinpellets.com Grilled Steak Seasoning and make the best sliders ever! This will become your favorite way to use leftover brisket! Smoke On!
Instructions
Pre-Cook
- Fill the hopper with Cookinpellets.com Longhorn Blend Pellets.
- Set the smoker to 300° F.
- Chop up leftover brisket.
- Place in bowl and season with Cookinpellets.com Grilled Steak Seasoning.
- Pour in Desired Amount of the BBQ Sauce of Your Choice and Mix Well.
- Slice your slider buns in half.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the buns.
- Top with brisket.
- Place mozzarella slices on top.
- Season with more Cookinpellets.com Grilled Steak Seasoning and place the buns on top.
- Melt butter and season with garlic, salt & pepper.
- Brush the tops of the buns with the melted butter.
Cook
- Place the pan of sliders in your smoker.
- Smoke for 30-35 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Post Cook
- After the sliders are done, slice and enjoy!
