Sriracha Thai Glazed Salmon
INGREDIENTS
Salmon Fillets
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Rub (i.e. Sucklebuster's)
Sriracha Sauce
Mike's Hot Honey
Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
Fresh Lime Juice
Fish Sauce
Lemon
Orange
Cedar Planks
Olive Oil

This Sriracha Thai Glazed Smoked Salmon is the perfect smoker recipe to serve for dinner tonight. The salmon is smoked on your pellet grill using Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix Pellets then coated in a sweet and spicy Thai glaze. Serve with rice and your favorite grilled veggies for an easy and healthy dinner.
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep
- Preheat to 350°F degrees
- Prepare the glaze by mixing all the ingredients together.
- Place the prepared glaze in the refrigerator until the last 10 mins of the cook.
- Soak your cedar planks in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Rub the salmon filets down with olive oil.
- Season the filets liberally with lemon pepper and garlic seasoning.
- Slice your lemon and orange. Place a slice on each filet.
Cook
- Place the salmon onto the cedar planks and place them on the grill.
- Smoke for approximately 20 minutes.
- Brush the glaze onto the salmon during the last 10 minutes of the cook.
- Smoke until the salmon reaches an internal temp of 135-140°F degrees.
