I have done 3 smokes with the hickory pellets , they work great and left a great taste on the ribs and chicken . My wife's picky and she loved it !!

Better than traeger.
These pellets produce much better flavor than the traeger ones. My smoker is able to maintain a stable temperature without any spontaneous temperature drops or spikes.

Super clean burning! Great Flavor.
These are great pellet grill wood pellets. I use them in my Rectech grill and routinely grill at 500 deg or whatever temp I need. The pellets burn super clean and barely produce any ash. I have used other pellets and it seems like they produce way more ash. The hickory pellet is the best because it is a bit stronger flavor than most pellets. Getting good flavor is hard to get in a pellet grill, and I think this pellet gets pretty close to a traditional smoker. I like that CookinPellets is known for not adding filler wood or flavor oils, just straight hickory wood.

Shipping sucks
Nothing on the supplier i just wish the bag would get ripped and loose god knows how much pellets because the box is destroyed through shipping. Product is amazing i love these pellets just with shipping was better.

I have cooked six meals on my Traeger using these pellets. Zero problems and they reach max temp (450) without a problem. I needed 450 at some point in each meal.Traeger hickory pellets are ZERO percent hickory - just alder sprayed with some kind of hickory juice.For a couple years I have used non-Traeger hickory pellets. These 100% hickory pellets have performed the best. Good flavor and performance. Some previous pellets have had trouble going over 420 degrees - these don't!Highly recommended!!

I give Amazon 100% positive for delivery and care. As for Premium? for price and flavor honesty I give Premium 4 of 5. They say 100% Hickory, but I think there may be a slight mix. Not much if so. They burn pretty darn good, and the smoke flavor is very close to the hickory whole wood flavor. I'll need to try them again to be certain they are what I really need them to be. 1 bag I got was near perfect for burn, the other bag was touch and go so I had to toss those, but it was made up by Amazon. Actually, one bag was small dusty pellets and that's understandable with warehousing and shipping. It was fixed and that made me happy, if they turn out as good as the good bag this next time, I'll 5 star them across the board.

Great pellet, but beware
I love the clean smoke flavor of these pellets. Also, knowing there's no fillers is great. My only issue is they arrived with many broken pellets and quite a bit of dust, just make sure you sift these before loading them.

Tended to pile up in the hopper
So, I am relatively new to pellet smokers, having just got a mid sized Traeger at Costco recently. Still, I have run through a variety of pellets and these were not too bad. They never jammed in the auger or anything like that, but they tended to support a pretty deep "V" shape in the hopper so that if the hopper was about half full, it would run out of pellets as it would just create a hole in the middle where the auger picked them out. I didn't have that problem with the Traeger branded pellets, which tended to tumble into the auger more readily. These also seemed to create more ash that collected in the smoker. That wasn't a problem, but I felt I had to clean it more frequently than I did for the Traeger branded pellets. I'll run some more brands through and update my review if I find some more differences.
