This is the only brand on pellets I run in my PitBoss Competition Series 850, and I use this flavor along with their Perfect Mix. I WILL NOT burn any other pellets.

CookinPellets Rock the BBQ
CookinPellets are 100% made of the hardwood listed on the label & their Hickory pellets are 100% hickory & their black cherry wood pellets are 100% cherry &with no filler oak wood. This Apple Mash is somewhat different it's Maple wood with the left overs from making apple cider. It's a wonderful nice and light smoking pellet & adds nice color to white meats like poultry and pork.

Best apple flavor I've found
This is my second bag.I use these pellets in a smoking tube to cold smoke my meats in my smoker before I put them on the grill.Chicken, Pork, Beef, all good.Fruitwoods in general can be very complementary to most rubs.

Based off of other reviews, I tried different brand pellets. I can say that I do not like any of the competition blends and my preference is for the single flavor. This brand has produced good results

Pellets are great shipping was horrible.
The pellets worked as expected as least what I got to use. When I opened the shipping box yhe bag was ripped open, more the half of the pellets had spilled all over.
