Teriyaki Korean Style Short Ribs

- 5 pounds Beef Flanken Short Ribs
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 5 garlic cloves crushed
- Green Onions
- Sesame Seeds
- Cookinpellets Perfect Mix Pellets
- Teriyaki Sauce

Prep
- In a bowl combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of pineapple juice, and 5 crushed garlic cloves. Mix well.
- Pour the mix into a bowl with your Flanken short ribs. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix Pellets. Preheat to 325 degrees.
Cook
- Place the marinated short ribs on the pellet grill.
- Cook the ribs until they reach the desired level of done.
- When ribs are done brush on your favorite Teriyaki sauce.
- Cook for another 5 minutes for the sauce to set.
- Garnish your Flanken ribs with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy!
