- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 cup Freshly Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 cup Green Beans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Instructions
- Set grill at 350 with 100% Hickory pellets
- Tenderize meat with mallet on both sides
- Salt and pepper to taste
- About 15 minutes per side or until it's at your doneness
- Slice fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and green beans, lightly brush with olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Place on a Frogmat and let cook last 15 minutes before pulling meat
