Smoked Stuffed Meatballs
These smoked stuffed meatballs are the ultimate crowd-pleasing pellet grilling recipe. Serve as an appetizer or entree at your next cookout! Everyone will love these cheese stuffed meatballs. Smoke On!

- Favorite Cookinpellets.com Pellets
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 1 cup Italian Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 8 sticks Mozzarella String Cheese
BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions
Prep
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with your favorite Cookinpellets.com Pellets. (I used Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets)
- Preheat grill to 250 degrees F
- In a large bowl combine ground pork and beef
- Mix in the remaining meatball ingredients
- Place the bowl containing the meatball mixture into the freezer for 15 minutes
- Cut your mozzarella cheese sticks into cubes
- Scoop your preferred size of meat for meatballs and put the cheese cube in the middle
- Place the meatballs onto a well oiled cooking rack.
Cook
- Place the meatballs into the smoker for 35-40 minutes
- While thats in smoker, combine all ingredients in bowl for BBQ sauce
- Brush sauce onto meatballs and continue to smoke for an additional 10 minutes
- Once the meatballs are done, allow to cook slightly before eating
