Smoked Stuffed Meatballs

Prep
  1. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with your favorite Cookinpellets.com Pellets. (I used Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets)
  2. Preheat grill to 250 degrees F
  3. In a large bowl combine ground pork and beef
  4. Mix in the remaining meatball ingredients
  5. Place the bowl containing the meatball mixture into the freezer for 15 minutes
  6. Cut your mozzarella cheese sticks into cubes
  7. Scoop your preferred size of meat for meatballs and put the cheese cube in the middle
  8. Place the meatballs onto a well oiled cooking rack.
Cook
  1. Place the meatballs into the smoker for 35-40 minutes
  2. While thats in smoker, combine all ingredients in bowl for BBQ sauce
  3. Brush sauce onto meatballs and continue to smoke for an additional 10 minutes
  4. Once the meatballs are done, allow to cook slightly before eating
  5. Enjoy! Smoke On!
