Smoked S’mores Bars
Looking for a quick and easy dessert? Smoked S’mores bars combine the delicious flavor of graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate with a wonderful hint of smoke. This delicious dessert is baked in your pellet grill using Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash pellets. The flavor of the pellets perfectly compliments the s’mores kicking the flavor up a notch. Smoke On!

Ingredients
- 3 sleeves Graham crackers
- 1 bag Marshmallows
- 1 bag Chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 eggs
- Cookinpellets Apple Mash Pellets

Instructions
- Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees
- Fill the hopper with desired pellets (I used Cookinpellets.com’s Apple Mash Pellets)
- Grease pan
- Grind up the graham crackers
- Put blended graham crackers, butter, eggs, salt, cinnamon, all into a blender, or use a hand mixer to combine well.
- Spread into the greased pan, then flatten out into a layer
- Poke holes in the layer with a fork a few times
- Cook on 350 for 25 mins
- Melt chocolate chips and spread on top
- Layer marshmallows over the layer of melted chocolate
- Broil for 2 mins to toast the marshmallows
- Let cool then Enjoy!
