Ingredients
- 10-12 Manicotti Shells
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 10-12 slices bacon to wrap with
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- Seasoning of Your Choice
- Cookinpellets Apple Mash Pellets

Instructions
Pre Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with your favorite Cookinpellets.com Pellet flavor, I use Cookinepellets.com Apple Mash Pellets.
- Preheat the pellet grill to 200 degrees F
- Add all ingredients besides manicotti shells and bacon into a bowl and mix very well
- Stuff the Manicotti shells with your beef mixture
- Wrap the stuffed Manicotti shells in bacon and place in a greased foil pan
- Spread BBQ sauce on top of the Manicotti shells
- Top with a layer of cheese
Cook
- Smoke for 1 hour
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying. Smoke On!
