Smoked Queso
This smoked queso dip is the perfect party appetizer! Ground beef, cheese, Rotel and seasonings are smoked on your pellet grill using Cookinpellets.com 100% Hickory Pellets. Serve with chips or veggies at you next cookout or party. Everyone will love this recipe. Smoke On!

Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 Tablespoon garlic
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/2 can Rotel

Instructions
Prep
- Preheat the pellet grill to 350 degrees
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with your favorite Cookinpellets.com Pellets. I used Cookinpellets.com 100% Hickory.
Cook
- Cook the ground beef on your stove. Season as desired.
- In a foil pan add the beef, cheese, garlic, onion, and Rotel.
- Place the foil pan on your pellet grill. Smoke it for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until melted.
- Enjoy with chips! Smoke On!
