This smoked queso dip is the perfect party appetizer! Ground beef, cheese, Rotel and seasonings are smoked on your pellet grill using Cookinpellets.com 100% Hickory Pellets. Serve with chips or veggies at you next cookout or party. Everyone will love this recipe. Smoke On!

Prep
  1. Preheat the pellet grill to 350 degrees
  2. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with your favorite Cookinpellets.com Pellets. I used Cookinpellets.com 100% Hickory.
Cook
  1. Cook the ground beef on your stove. Season as desired.
  2. In a foil pan add the beef, cheese, garlic, onion, and Rotel.
  3. Place the foil pan on your pellet grill. Smoke it for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until melted.
  4. Enjoy with chips! Smoke On!
