Smoked Pepper Goat Cheese Scoops are a great guilt-free snack or appetizer. This quick and easy smoker recipe uses Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets. The flavor of the Apple Mash Pellets adds a smoky sweetness to the goat cheese and sweet peppers.

Instructions
- Preheat pellet grill to 450 degrees.
- Fill the hopper with your favorite pellet. I used Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets.
- Brush the racks of your pellet grill with oil.
- Wash the peppers. Remove the seeds and cut the peppers in half lengthwise to form scoops.
- Place the peppers on your grill to smoke.
- Sprinkle desired seasonings on the peppers as they smoke.
- Cook to the desired level. Once done remove the peppers from the grill.
- Add goat cheese and any desired toppings. Let the goat cheese and toppings melt.
- Enjoy!
