Ingredients
- Cookinpellets 100% Hickory Pellets
- Pork Butt
- Creole Mustard For a Binder
- All Purpose Seasoning
- Coarse Black Pepper
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1 jar Whole Pepperoncinis
- 1 stick Butter, unsalted

Instructions
Pre Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com 100% Hickory Pellets.
- Set temp to 275°
- Score fat cap on pork butt
- Season with coarse black pepper
- Season with all-purpose seasoning
Cook
- Place on smoker and smoke until the pork butt reaches 165° internal temp
- Remove pork butt from smoker and place in foil pan
- Sprinkle ranch & au jus packets onto pork butt
- Slice stick of butter into pats & place them on pork butt
- Place as many pepperoncinis onto pork butt as you'd like
- Pour juice from pepperoncinis around pork butt
- Wrap and place back onto smoker until it reaches 203° internal temp
Post Cook
- Let pork butt rest for at least an hour
- Shred pork
- Serve over mashed potatoes. ENJOY and Smoke On!
