Smoked Mini Pizzas

These smoked mini pizzas are a quick and simple smoker recipe! Easy to customize with your favorite toppings then smoked on your pellet grill using Apple Mash Pellets. Smoked Mini Pizzas
  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees
  2. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Apple Mash Pellets
  3. Roll out the pizza dough to desired thickness and size
  1. Place the dough directly on the grill. While the dough is cooking prep the pizza toppings
  2. Cook the pizza dough for 6 minutes and then flip it over
  3. Once the dough is flipped, add the sauce, cheese and desired toppings
  4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted
Post Cook
  1. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes
  2. Enjoy! Smoke On!
