- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Onion Grated
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup half and half
- 8 oz Muenster Cheese
- 1 tbsp BBQ Rub
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets
Topping
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets or your favorite Cookinpellets.com pellets.
- Preheat your pellet grill to 325 degrees F
- Combine all ingredients except the cheese
- Combine cheese into bowl evenly
- Do not over mix
- Put the mixture into loaf pan
- Place the loaf pan into the grill for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes top the meatloaf with the topping mixture.
- Continue to smoke for 55 minutes
