Smoked Honey Feta Cheese

- 1 block Odyssey® Chunk Traditional Feta cheese 8 ounce block
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons fig preserves or blackberry jam
- assorted crackers or toasted bread for serving

Instructions
- Set Grill with our 100%Black Cherry pellets to 200-225 degrees.
- Place feta cheese on an aluminum foil pan and smoke 45 - 60 min. Remove from pellet grill.
- Transfer to an ungreased 8-inch cast-iron skillet; drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with thyme. Bake for 4-8 minutes in oven at 400 degrees (Pan will be hot!)
- Place on trivet and serve atop crackers or toasted bread. Enjoy!
