Pre Cook
  1. Fill your pellet grill with desired pellets (I used Cookinpellets.com’s Apple Mash pellets)
  2. Preheat grill to 400 degrees F
  3. Melt half stick of butter and seasonings (add seasonings to your desired taste)
  4. Shuck corn
  5. Make small pan with foil for under the corn to keep the butter from spilling
  6. Drizzle and brush melted butter on top
  7. Set on a pan or baking sheet for more stability
  8. Cover with foil
Cook
  1. Place the corn in the smoker for 15-20 minutes
  2. Allow to cook slightly before serving
