Instructions
Pre-Cook
  1. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix Pellets
  2. Preheat smoker to 350° F
  3. Spray foil pan with nonstick cooking spray
  4. Open cinnamon roll cans and unroll them
  5. Place cinnamon rolls into pan and layer them in the shape of Intestines
  6. Combine the brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, vanilla & cinnamon/sugar
  7. Mix well and pour over cinnamon rolls
  8. Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, & strawberry jam
  9. Mix everything well & place icing in refrigerator
Cook
  1. Place cinnamon rolls into the smoker
  2. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until browned & bubbly
Post Cook
