- 1 13x9 Foil Pan
- 2 cans Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- Dash of Cinnamon/ Sugar
- 4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 Block of Cream Cheese Softened
- 4 tbsp salted butter Softened
- 3/4 cup Strawberry Jam

Instructions
Pre-Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix Pellets
- Preheat smoker to 350° F
- Spray foil pan with nonstick cooking spray
- Open cinnamon roll cans and unroll them
- Place cinnamon rolls into pan and layer them in the shape of Intestines
- Combine the brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, vanilla & cinnamon/sugar
- Mix well and pour over cinnamon rolls
- Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, & strawberry jam
- Mix everything well & place icing in refrigerator
Cook
- Place cinnamon rolls into the smoker
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until browned & bubbly
Post Cook
- Remove rolls from the smoker and let cinnamon rolls cool completely
