Smoked Cajun Shrimp and Asparagus
Set Pellet Grill to 225 degrees using Cookinpellets Perfect Mix.
Lightly coat asparagus with olive oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place asparagus on the pellet grill, on a pan or seat grate.
Once asparagus has been on the grill for 15 minutes, lightly toss the shrimp in all the seasonings.
Place seasoned shrimp on a seat grate on your pellet grill.
Pellet grill shrimp for about 30 minutes at 225 degrees, turning occasionally. Continue to pellet grill asparagus turning occasionally, also. (If using fresh or thawed shrimp, reduce grill time accordingly.)
When shrimp are done, remove shrimp and asparagus from grill. Plate with your favorite sauce, and enjoy!
