- 1 Butternut Squash
- 1 Apple
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 cups Chicken Stock

Prep
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets. (Or your favorite Cookinpellets.com Pellets)
- Preheat grill to 400 degrees F
- Peel and cut the butternut squash into cubes
- Cube one apple
- Place apple and squash on baking pan and drizzle olive oil
- Season with salt and pepper
Cook
- Pop into the smoker for about 30 mins until squash and apples look caramelized
- Start boiling 4 cups chicken stock and 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pour in squash and apples and boil for five mins
- Allow to cool slightly before using a blender, hand mixer, or hand immersion blender to blend to your desired thickness
- Top with sour cream before serving if desired
