Ingredients
- Favorite Cookinpellets.com Pellets I used Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets
- 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
- 1/4 cup favorite buffalo sauce
- 3 tbsp Ranch Dressing
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Prep
- Fill your pellet grill with desired pellets (I used cookinpellets.com’s Apple Mash pellets )
- Preheat the pellet grill to 250 degrees F
- In bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth and then add in the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
- Mix in the ranch dressing and wing sauce
- Fold in the shredded chicken
Cook
- Smoke the mixture for 1 hour
Post Cook
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving
