Instructions
Prep
- Preheat your pellet grill to 400 degrees.
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with your favorite Cookinpellets.com pellets. I used Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets.
- Lightly grease a muffin pan.
- Beat all the eggs.
- Pour the eggs into the muffin tin until halfway full.
- Add any toppings ( cheese, ham, bacon, peppers, etc…).
Cook
- Place the muffin tin in your pellet grill. Grill for 10-15 minutes.
- After 10-15 minutes insert a toothpick to make sure egg is cooked all the way.
- Once the eggs are cooked, remove them from the pellet grill. Add any additional toppings.
- Allow them to cool.
- Enjoy!
