Smoked Breakfast Cups

Smoked Breakfast Cups are a quick and easy pellet grilling recipe! Customize with your favorite meats, cheeses, and other toppings to create a delicious breakfast. Make an amazing breakfast without heating up your kitchen. Smoke On!

Smoked Breakfast Cups
  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 400 degrees.
  2. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with your favorite pellets. I used Apple Mash Pellets.
  3. Lightly grease a muffin pan.
  4. Beat all the eggs.
  5. Pour the eggs into the muffin tin until halfway full.
  6. Add any toppings ( cheese, ham, bacon, peppers, etc…).
  1. Place the muffin tin in your pellet grill. Grill for 10-15 minutes.
  2. After 10-15 minutes insert a toothpick to make sure egg is cooked all the way.
  3. Once the eggs are cooked, remove them from the pellet grill. Add any additional toppings.
  4. Allow them to cool.
  5. Enjoy!
