Instructions
Pre Cook
  1. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix Pellets
  2. Heat your smoker to 375°
  3. Butter up a baking dish or disposable foil pan
  4. Place biscuits in pan and flatten out
  5. Brown sausage, pour over biscuits and spread evenly
  6. Crumble up cooked bacon and sprinkle over sausage
  7. Whisk 8 eggs and season them with seasoning of your choice
  8. Pour eggs evenly over sausage & bacon
  9. Top with 8 oz of freshly shredded cheese of your choice
Cook
  1. Place onto smoker and cook for 45 minutes
  2. Cook until cheese is browned and bubbly
Post Cook
  1. Let the casserole rest for about 15 minutes before serving
