Pre Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix Pellets
- Heat your smoker to 375°
- Butter up a baking dish or disposable foil pan
- Place biscuits in pan and flatten out
- Brown sausage, pour over biscuits and spread evenly
- Crumble up cooked bacon and sprinkle over sausage
- Whisk 8 eggs and season them with seasoning of your choice
- Pour eggs evenly over sausage & bacon
- Top with 8 oz of freshly shredded cheese of your choice
Cook
- Place onto smoker and cook for 45 minutes
- Cook until cheese is browned and bubbly
