Ingredients
- Cookinpellets 100% Black Cherry Pellets
- 2 sticks salted butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 cups Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 tbsp bourbon
- 2 tsp TD's Barrel Aged Bourbon Seasoning

Instructions
Pre-Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com 100% Black Cherry Pellets.
- Preheat Your Pellet Smoker to 375°
- Mix Your Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder & Salt together. Set Aside
- Cream Together Your Butter & Sugars
- Beat in Eggs & Vanilla
- Mix in the Dry Ingredients Until Combined
- Pour in Your Bourbon & Barrel Aged Bourbon Seasoning
- Melt Butter & Mix in Barrel Aged Bourbon Seasoning
- Pour Mixture Over Pecans & Give them a Good Mix
- Roast Pecans in the Oven for 10 Minutes at 350°
- Pour in Pecans & Chocolate Chips & Mix Well with other Ingredients
- Scoop out Your Dough & Form them into Balls
- Place the Cookie Dough Balls onto Baking Sheet
Cook
- Place Cookies onto Smoker and let them go about 10 Minutes or until Browned, but still Somewhat Doughy
Post- Cook
- Let Cookies Cool for 2 Minutes On Baking Sheet
- Then Remove them & Place them on a Cooling rack
- Enjoy! Smoke On!
