Pre Cook
  1. Fill Hopper with Perfect Mix pellets from Cookinpellets.com
  2. Set smoker to 350° F
  3. Prepare the filling. Grab a large bowl and combine all of the ingredients except for the peaches and combine well.
  4. Once ingredients are incorporated, fold in your peaches.
  5. Butter up your cast iron skillet.
  6. Pour your filling into skillet and set aside.
  7. Prepare the topping. Combine all ingredients except for buttermilk and mix well.
  8. Once everything is mixed, slowly add your buttermilk and combine.
  9. Pour your topping over your peach filling.
  10. Spread as evenly as possible.
Cook
  1. Place your skillet into your 350° smoker.
  2. Cook for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
Post Cook
  1. Serve cobbler hot and top with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
