Smoked Biscuits and Gravy

Biscuits and gravy is a breakfast favorite! Take this traditional dish to the next level by smoking it on your pellet grill. The smokiness of the pellets ties the entire dish together. This is the perfect smoked breakfast! Smoke On!

Smoked Biscuits and Gravy
  1. Fill the hopper of you pellet grill with your favorite Pellets. I used 100% Black Cherry Pellets.
  2. Preheat your pellet grill to 250 degrees F
  3. Cube the Italian sausage and put it on racked grill for 20 mins
  4. Bake the canned biscuits or smoke them on your pellet grill.
  5. In a large saucepan stir the sausage, seasonings, butter, and flour until combined
  6. Add the whole milk one cup at a time while constantly stirring
  7. Once your gravy is at the desired consistency, remove from the pellet grill.
  8. Cut your biscuits in half and top with the smoked gravy
  9. Enjoy! Smoke On!
