Smash Burger

These insanely delicious smash burgers are seasoned with Grilled Steak Seasoning. Serve these burgers at your next cookout or tailgating experience. You’ll never make another burger without Grilled Steak Seasoning again! Smoke On!

Smash Burger
Pre Cook
  1. Assemble your hamburger meat into balls just bigger than a golf ball.
  2. Heat your griddle on medium-high.
  3. Have all of your ingredients ready to go because this is a fast cook.
  1. Place burgers on to griddle.
  2. Season burgers with Cookinpellets Grilled Steak Seasoning.
  3. Smash them.
  4. Flip them once until the juices come to the top.
  5. Cook until 165° F.
  6. Place cheese on patties and melt.
  7. Toast buns.
Post Cook
  1. Spread mayonnaise on your buns.
  2. Place patties on buns.
  3. Enjoy! Smoke On!
