Ingredients
- 4 8 oz Sirloin Steaks
- 1 oz Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- 1 oz Fresh Chopped Lavender
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Sliced Green Onions
- 1 teaspoon Minced Fresh Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Mint
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
- Set grill to 400 for this one, Perfect Mix pellets work well with these flavors. Smoke/cook until done (whatever you like, I’m a medium guy, so about 155 internal)
- Rub meat with rosemary and lavender and put on grill
- Make Tomato Relish by combining tomatoes, olive oil, green onions, garlic, mint, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and black pepper
- Let this stand for about 30 minutes to let flavors work in
- Serve Tomato Relish with Sirloins
