Salt 'n' Pepper Smoked Bacon
Bacon makes everything better! Smoke up a batch of this Salt 'n' Pepper bacon with 100% Hickory pellets to add to your salads, soups, breakfast dishes, or anything else that needs an extra blast of flavor.

  1. Preheat Pellet Grill to 350 degrees using Cookinpellets' 100% Hickory Pellets
  2. Cook bacon for 15-20 minutes or until crispy
  3. When crispy, remove from pellet grill and place bacon on paper towels to absorb excess fat and cool.
  4. Place the bacon, sea salt and pepper into food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  5. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container. Add to recipes as desired!
