- 3 lbs Sirloin Roast
- 1/2 cup Red Wine
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Celery Powder
- 1 teaspoon Allspice

Instructions
- Smoke sirloin roast at 180 for 2.5 hours. No rub, no salt, no nothing.
- After smoking, put it in the crock pot
- Add red wine, water, garlic powder, onion powder, celery, powder Allspice
- Mix and cook in crock pot on low for 5-7 hours. Make sure you get it to 145 degrees or a bit better. Use some of the juice to make gravy!
- Serve with mashed potatoes and sides
