Pumpkin Pie Smoker Recipe
Try this pumpkin pie smoker recipe, and you’ll never want to bake dessert in your oven again! Using Apple Mash Cookinpellets adds a touch of sweetness and a hint of apple to your dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 29 oz can pumpkin
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 4 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup Water
- pie crust (storebought is fine! 2 crusts/1 package will make 2 pies)
- cooking spray

Instructions
- Preheat pellet grill to 450 degrees F with your desired pellets. (We use Apple Mash Cookinpellets)
- Thaw out pie crust (or you can make homemade)
- Stir all ingredients in a bowl minus ONE egg white
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Grease pie plate with cooking spray
- Roll out pie crust and put on a pie plate
- Fold the corners with the excess crust
- Roll an egg white (reserved from earlier) all around the pie crust (this prevents the pie crust from getting soggy)
- Add the pie filling onto the crust
- Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes
- Keep pie in grill and turn down the heat to 350 degrees for 40 minutes
- Test with a toothpick and if it comes out of pie clean, pie is done
- Remove from grill and allow to cool completely
- Add any toppings like whipped cream
- Serve and enjoy!
