Pumpkin Pie Smoker Recipe

Instructions
  1. Preheat pellet grill to 450 degrees F with your desired pellets. (We use Apple Mash Cookinpellets)
  2. Thaw out pie crust (or you can make homemade)
  3. Stir all ingredients in a bowl minus ONE egg white
  4. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  5. Grease pie plate with cooking spray
  6. Roll out pie crust and put on a pie plate
  7. Fold the corners with the excess crust
  8. Roll an egg white (reserved from earlier) all around the pie crust (this prevents the pie crust from getting soggy)
  9. Add the pie filling onto the crust
  10. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes
  11. Keep pie in grill and turn down the heat to 350 degrees for 40 minutes
  12. Test with a toothpick and if it comes out of pie clean, pie is done
  13. Remove from grill and allow to cool completely
  14. Add any toppings like whipped cream
  15. Serve and enjoy!
