Pulled Pork Sandwich

Pulled pork sandwiches are a BBQ favorite for good reason. This recipe is so easy, requiring only minutes of prep time. The secret is cooking low and slow using 100% Black Cherry Cookinpellets!

Instructions
  1. Apply mustard evenly to entire pork shoulder.
  2. Liberally season pork shoulder with your favorite BBQ rub, rubbing all over to coat.
  3. Preheat smoker to 275 degrees using 100% Black Cherry Cookinpellets.
  4. Place seasoned pork shoulder in smoker, and place in smoker until internal temperature of pork reaches 160 degrees.
  5. Remove from smoker and place pork in a pan. Pour in some apple juice and cover tightly.
  6. Return to smoker, and smoke until internal temperature reaches 195 degrees and very tender (total cook time about 8 hours).
  7. Remove from smoker, and allow pork to rest for one hour.
  8. Shred pork.
  9. Build a pulled pork sandwich, and enjoy!
