Pulled Pork Sandwich
Pulled pork sandwiches are a BBQ favorite for good reason. This recipe is so easy, requiring only minutes of prep time. The secret is cooking low and slow using 100% Black Cherry Cookinpellets!

Instructions
- Apply mustard evenly to entire pork shoulder.
- Liberally season pork shoulder with your favorite BBQ rub, rubbing all over to coat.
- Preheat smoker to 275 degrees using 100% Black Cherry Cookinpellets.
- Place seasoned pork shoulder in smoker, and place in smoker until internal temperature of pork reaches 160 degrees.
- Remove from smoker and place pork in a pan. Pour in some apple juice and cover tightly.
- Return to smoker, and smoke until internal temperature reaches 195 degrees and very tender (total cook time about 8 hours).
- Remove from smoker, and allow pork to rest for one hour.
- Shred pork.
- Build a pulled pork sandwich, and enjoy!
