Pulled Beef Sandwich

- 3 pounds Beef Chuck
- 1 package Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 package Au Jus Mix
- 1 stick Butter
- Beef Broth
- Whole Pepperoncinis
- Sliced Pepperoncinis
- Pepper Jack Cheese
- Hamburger Buns

Instructions
- Season Beef Chuck with your favorite beef rub.
- Add Cookinpellets 100% Hickory Pellets to your smoker and set the temperature to 275 degrees. Place seasoned Beef Chuck in the smoker.
- Smoke for 2 hours or until you get a nice mahogany color, then remove from smoker.
- First place the butter in the bottom of a dutch oven or pan, and place the roast on top. Next add Au jus mix, Ranch seasoning, 8 oz of beef broth, and 5 whole pepperoncini’s to the pan. Cover and return to smoker for another 2 hours or until probe tender.
- After 2 hours, use a fork to check for tenderness. It is ready when the meat pulls apart with ease. When done, remove from smoker.
- Let meat cool down before pulling.
- Toast the hamburger buns, add your cheese, and place the meat on top. Topped off with sliced pepperoncini.
