Pork Belly Burnt Ends
  1. Cut the pork belly into cubes.
  2. Season the pork belly cubes with your favorite BBQ rub.
  3. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix Pellets. Preheat to 275 degrees.
  1. Place the pork belly cubes on a wire rack and smoke at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
  2. Spritz with apple juice every 30 minutes during cooking.
  3. The estimated cook time is approximately 2.5 hours.
  4. Once the pork belly cubes are cooked place the cubes in a pan and mix in your favorite BBQ sauce.
  5. Place the pork belly cubes back in the smoker for an additional 30 minutes.
