- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 3 tablespoons Dried Basil

- Cut tenderloin into cubes
- Place cubed slices of meat in marinate for 8 hours
- Cut up your favorite veggies to match meat cubes
- Heat 100% Hickory Pellets to 335
- Takes about 20-35 minutes to smoke...depending on your grill
