Ingredients
- Cookinpellets 100% Black Cherry Pellets
- 1 roll Puff Pastry
- all-purpose flour
- Jam (Flavor of Your Choice)
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Water
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3-5 drops Red Food Color
- Red Glitter Sprinkles

Instructions
Pre Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com 100% Black Cherry Pellets
- Set smoker to 400°
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your puff pastry and cut into equal pieces
- Place jam onto half of the pieces
- Brush egg wash onto edges and place the other halves onto each jam filled one
- Crimp all sides with fork
- Brush the tops with egg wash
For the Icing
- Pour powdered sugar into bowl
- Add the vanilla extract
- Add ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream
- Add 3-5 drops of red food coloring
- Mix well and place into fridge
Cook
- Place your Pop Tarts onto to smoker and cook for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
Post Cook
- Let Pop Tarts completely cool
- Ice Pop Tarts
- Top with red sugar sprinkles
