- 5 lbs Sirloin Strip
- 4 cups Cream Cheese
- 1.5 tablespoons Garlic Powder Can also use 5 to 7 cloves of Fresh Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper

Instructions
- Ask your butcher to trim lean and tenderize or trim at home and tenderize with a meat mallet
- Take 4 cups of cream cheese and mix in a tablespoon and a half of garlic powder to taste
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Heat our Perfect Mix at 375 for about an hour or until 150 degrees in meat or use the 100% Hickory pellets for a great light smoke flavor!
