Ingredients
- 1 - 4lbs Pork Roast
- 1/4 Cup Cinnamon Rub Instructions below
- 1-2 Apples Recommend Fuji
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp Apple Juice
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Apple Mash Pellets
Cinnamon Rub
- 1/4 Cup Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tbsp Ground Allspice
- 1 tbsp Ground Cloves
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Expresso Grind Coffee Grounds

Instructions
- Set Grill at 350 using our APPLE MASH pellets! Reserve about 1/2 tsp of the RUB. Desolve rub in apple juice, melt butter and add. Inject pork roast in 5-7 places. Slice apples about 1/4” thick to line bottom of roast garlic and then finish with apple slices on top. This should take about 45 minutes or until the center of the roast hits 160. Slice and serve when done!

This sounds awesome, however, i cant make heads or tails of the instructions, “thich to line bottom of roast garlic and then nish with apple slices on top”. What the heck are you saying here? How do you nish?
