Ingredients
- Cookinpellets Apple Mash Pellets
- 2 cans Large Cinnamon Rolls (such as Pillsbury Grands)
- 1 can Caramel Apple Pie Filling
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Apple Pie Rub (from Lane's BBQ)
- 1 Bundt Pan

Instructions
Pre-Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets.
- Set your smoker to 350°
- Grease bundt pan
- Remove cinnamon rolls from cans and quarter them up
- Roll each piece into a ball and put them into a large mixing bowl
- Remove pie filling from can and dice apples
- Pour your filling into the mixing bowl
- Pour in heavy whipping cream
- Sprinkle in the apple pie rub
- Mix well
- Pour mixture into greased bundt pan
Cook
- Place onto your smoker
- Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
Post Cook
- Let Monkey bread cool on counter for 15 minutes
- Flip the pan over and if you did it right it will all come out in one piece
- Warm up icing that was included with your cinnamon rolls
- Drizzle icing over cinnamon rolls
- Sprinkle a little bit more apple pie rub over the top
