Pre-Cook
  1. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com Apple Mash Pellets.
  2. Set your smoker to 350°
  3. Grease bundt pan
  4. Remove cinnamon rolls from cans and quarter them up
  5. Roll each piece into a ball and put them into a large mixing bowl
  6. Remove pie filling from can and dice apples
  7. Pour your filling into the mixing bowl
  8. Pour in heavy whipping cream
  9. Sprinkle in the apple pie rub
  10. Mix well
  11. Pour mixture into greased bundt pan
Cook
  1. Place onto your smoker
  2. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
Post Cook
  1. Let Monkey bread cool on counter for 15 minutes
  2. Flip the pan over and if you did it right it will all come out in one piece
  3. Warm up icing that was included with your cinnamon rolls
  4. Drizzle icing over cinnamon rolls
  5. Sprinkle a little bit more apple pie rub over the top
