Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin
  1. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with 100% Hickory Pellets.
  2. Preheat to 275 degrees.
  3. Wrap the filet with bacon and secure it with butcher’s twine.
  4. Season with your favorite steak seasoning.
  1. Place the bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin in the smoker.
  2. Smoke until internal temp reaches 130. Approximately 1 hour.
  3. After cooking let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite sides and don’t forget to remove the butcher's twine.
