Bacon Maple Cupcakes
These delicious maple bacon cupcakes are baked in your pellet grill. The Cookinpellets 100% Hickory pellets add a wonderful smokiness that elevates the flavors. These yummy cupcakes are perfect for dessert or an afternoon snack. You’ll never bake in your oven again after trying these fabulous cupcakes. Smoke On!

- 4 Egg White
- 1 C white sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 C canola oil
- 1/4 C Bacon grease Reserved from your cooked bacon
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 C Buttermilk Can substitute milk
Frosting
- 1 C Butter, unsalted
- 3 C Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions
- Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees
- Fill grill with desired pellets ( I used cookinpellets.com’s 100% Hickory Wood Pellets)
- Line cupcake pan with liners
- Put all dry ingredients into one bowl, mix, set aside
- Put wet ingredients in another bowl and whip them together with a hand mixer
- Slowly add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
- Divide batter into each cupcake liner
- Bake for 18-20 mins
- After cooling, drizzle maple syrup onto each cupcake
Frosting
- Beat the butter with an electric mixer
- Slowly add the powdered sugar and the rest of the ingredients for the frosting
- Put icing in a piping bag and pipe onto the cooled cupcakes
- Top the cupcakes with pre-made bacon and maple syrup
