Backyard Beef Ribs

Instructions
- Apply cooking oil on both sides and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Add Cookinpellets 100% Hickory Pellets to your smoker and set temp to 275 degrees.
- When temp is reached place ribs in smoker and smoke them for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours wrap ribs in foil with a splash of water and a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce. Return to smoker.
- After 1 more hour, remove foil and place back in smoker.
- Smoke for another 35 minutes.
- Slice and Enjoy!
