COOKING TIPS

Apple Mash pellets are excellent for this dish and choosing your own seasoning allows you to control the flavor profile of the recipe. So feel free to take some liberties with the amount of cheese, type of cheese and the seasonings you use. Either way, our pellets will make this a go to favorite.
