Smoked Pineapple

With this simple smoker recipe, the slices of pineapple are smoked on your pellet grill. The smokiness of the pellets brings out the sweetness in the fruit. Serve the smoked pineapple for a healthy snack or top it with ice cream for a delicious easy dessert!

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep

  1. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Apple Mash pellets
  2. Preheat your grill to 400 degrees F
  3. Cut the pineapple into slabs about 2 inches thick
  4. Remove the skins from the sides
  5. Mix brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and honey in a bowl
  6. Pour the mixture onto both sides of the pineapple

Cook

  1. Place the pineapple directly onto grill for 10 mins on each side

Post-Cook

  1. Once the pineapple is cooked allow it to cool, then cut out the core
  2. Serve as is, or top with ice cream
