Smoked Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS
Salted Butter (softened)
Sugar
Brown Sugar
Vanilla
Large Eggs
Flour
Baking Soda
Baking Powder
Sea Salt
Chocolate Chips
Chopped Pecans
Bourbon
Barrel Aged Bourbon Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with 100% Black Cherry pellets.
- Preheat to 375°F
- Mix Your Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder & Salt together. Set Aside
- Cream Together Your Butter & Sugars
- Beat in Eggs & Vanilla
- Mix in the Dry Ingredients Until Combined
- Pour in Your Bourbon & Barrel Aged Bourbon Seasoning
- Melt Butter & Mix in Barrel Aged Bourbon Seasoning
- Pour Mixture Over Pecans & Give them a Good Mix
- Roast Pecans in the Oven for 10 Minutes at 350°F
- Pour in Pecans & Chocolate Chips & Mix Well with other Ingredients
- Scoop out Your Dough & Form them into Balls
- Place the Cookie Dough Balls onto Baking Sheet
Cook
- Place cookies onto smoker and let them go about 10 minutes or until browned, but still womewhat doughy
Post-Cook
- Let cookies cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet
- Then remove them & place them on a cooling rack;
