INGREDIENTS
100% Black Cherry Pellets
1 1/2 Pounds Salmon Divided, 4 Portions
Cherry Rub
2 Cedar Planks
1/2 Cup Cherry Preserves
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Cherry Rub
1/4 Cup Bourbon

INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-Cook
- Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com 100% Black Cherry Pellets.
- Set your grill temp to 350°
- Soak cedar planks in water
- Season salmon with the cherry rub
Cook
- Place salmon on to the cedar planks
- Place cedar planks into your smoker
- Smoke for 20 minutes
- While the salmon is smoking; prepare the glaze
- Pour ingredients into saucepan, mix well and simmer while the salmon is smoking
- Brush on the glaze and let it tack up for 5 minutes
Post-Cook
- Remove salmon from the smoker
- Remove from cedar planks after 5 minutes of resting
