INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-Cook

  1. Fill hopper up with Cookinpellets.com 100% Hickory Pellets
  2. Preheat smoker to 400°
  3. Place parchment paper onto cookie sheet
  4. Quarter your biscuits and sit aside
  5. Cut mozzarella cheese sticks into thirds
  6. Flatten out your biscuit pieces
  7. Place mini pepperonis onto biscuit dough
  8. Place mozzarella cheese onto biscuit pieces
  9. Roll up into balls
  10. Place them onto cookie sheet starting with the bottom row of 7
  11. Then 6, 5, and so forth
  12. Place one at the bottom for the trunk
  13. Cut leftover biscuit piece into a star and place at the top of the tree
  14. Brush melted butter onto biscuits
  15. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on tops
  16. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese

Cook

  1. Place them onto smoker

Post-Cook

  1. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese onto tops
  2. Let cool briefly
  3. Serve warm with marinara sauce or pizza sauce
