INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-Cook
- Fill hopper up with Cookinpellets.com 100% Hickory Pellets
- Preheat smoker to 400°
- Place parchment paper onto cookie sheet
- Quarter your biscuits and sit aside
- Cut mozzarella cheese sticks into thirds
- Flatten out your biscuit pieces
- Place mini pepperonis onto biscuit dough
- Place mozzarella cheese onto biscuit pieces
- Roll up into balls
- Place them onto cookie sheet starting with the bottom row of 7
- Then 6, 5, and so forth
- Place one at the bottom for the trunk
- Cut leftover biscuit piece into a star and place at the top of the tree
- Brush melted butter onto biscuits
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on tops
- Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese
Cook
- Place them onto smoker
- Bake for 17-18 minutes or until golden brown
Post-Cook
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese onto tops
- Let cool briefly
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or pizza sauce
