Almost great..
I'm liking these pellets so far for flavor and price. My only downside is that I am convinced that they burn more quickly because they don't have the hardwood filler. Ironically, that's also a reason to like them better. I have a GMG Daneil Boone and am currently mixing these with hickory pellets I get at Academy Sports that have more hardwood. The flavor is working for me, plenty of smoke, and the burn rate is reasonable. I'll continue to play around with it because that's what I do, but these pellets will always be a mainstay!

Get You Some!
These are the only pellets I will buy. Having them available on Amazon is awesome. I use both this product and their 100% Hickory. I like the Perfect Mix for white meats like chicken, turkey, fish, and maybe pork loin, chops, etc because it's a more mild smoke flavor and not as intense as 100% Hickory. Having the blend of fruit woods and hickory really compliments these meats. HOWEVER, I also use the 100% Hickory for bolder meats like beef steaks of any cut, beef brisket, beef/pork ribs, and my all time favorite Boston pork butt. I have done a 15 hour smoke at 225 deg F for a Boston Butt using straight 100% Hickory and I love it. However if you don't like strong hickory flavor on long smokes, you can either do a 50/50 blend of the Perfect Mix and 100% Hickory, or fill the hopper up 25% - 50% with 100% Hickory and then followed by the Perfect Blend to the top, start the Traeger at midnight and let her go for 15 hours plus! I now keep on hand at all times the Perfect Mix, 100% Hickory, and a bucket of the 50/50 blend of both. Both of these products work awesome with any type of vegetables. Now, stop reading and Get You Some!

Little to no fillers
I made the mistake of buying pellets with too much filler, what was left after I finally got my smoker going was a fat puck of garbage. These pellets burn clean and efficient. I am able to get north of 450 in my smoker with these as well. Great flavor and easy to use. Will continue to buy.

Blended Wood Pellets
Love the price for the bulk smoking wood. Also, since this is a wood blend, the smoke is somewhat stronger so lees needs to be used. The down side is, if you're looking for a distinctive wood flavor, you aren't going to get it. It tastes like blended wood smoke - not necessarily a bad thing, it's just good to know what you're getting into.

Overall happy.
Produces great smoke. Bought a few bags.Only challenge is they burn about 30-35 degrees lower than other brands. Tried others, Pacific Pellets, Green Mtn, Traeger, Lumberjack. All get to 445-450, these seem to top out at 410-415.

Great in my Traeger pellet grill
These pellets work great in my Traeger pellet grill and they are a pretty good price It's a smooth mild taste less imposing than pure hickory. They work well with all meats and fish. I only have one con for this as they don't burn quite as hot as some others I've used.

Great deal
I really like the value of these pellets, i'll have to try the hickory next. When compared to the traeger gourmet blend the cookin pellets seem to produce a lower temp. This isn't a problem , may go through a little more pellets though. Had no problems running through a traeger as far as feed problems etc.

Performed well in my Traeger, a little tame for my taste
I have used these pellets three time now with similar results. A sixteen hour slow cook of brisket, a 12 hour smoke of pork ribs, and a few hour smoke of chicken breasts. I used them in my Traeger grill and they performed fine. I did have the grill go out after three hours on one of my smokes for no reason (plenty of pellets and on the smoke setting), but this happened to me one other time with Traeger pellets, so I am not ready to blame this product.I normally cut the Traeger brand hickory pellets by 25-30%, and the mesquite pellets by 30-40%, with pecan or maple. I think the flavor is just a little too strong without cutting them. This blend of CookinPellets was a little too tame for my taste. Three was a slightly sweet wood flavor on the meat, but I found it quite subtle compared to the Traeger blend that I make. The result was still quite good, and I plan to use the remainder of the bag, but I will probably not purchase them again.Everyone has a personal taste, but since the pellets did perform well in my grill I bestowed a high rating to the product.

The pellets are great, good smoke and flavor
The pellets are great, good smoke and flavor. The packaging is not great. 2 of 2 bags have developed holes in the bottom, pellets everywhere. The whole is do to poor/weak sealing of the bag. If they would fix this packaging problem would be 5 star.

Great pellets for my Treager smoker that helped the food ...
Great pellets for my Treager smoker that helped the food taste even better. The only reason I did not give 5stars was because item was back ordered for months and took forever to get delivered to me.
