1 Jar Whole Pepperoncinis

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-Cook

  1. Fill the hopper of your pellet grill with CookinPellets.com 100% Hickory Pellets.
  2. Set temp to 275°
  3. Score fat cap on pork butt
  4. Season with coarse black pepper
  5. Season with all-purpose seasoning

Cook

  1. Place on smoker and smoke until the pork butt reaches 165° internal temp
  2. Remove pork butt from smoker and place in foil pan
  3. Sprinkle ranch & au jus packets onto pork butt
  4. Slice stick of butter into pats & place them on pork butt
  5. Place as many pepperoncinis onto pork butt as you'd like
  6. Pour juice from pepperoncinis around pork butt
  7. Wrap and place back onto smoker until it reaches 203° internal temp

Post-Cook

  1. Let pork butt rest for at least an hour
  2. Shred pork
  3. Serve over mashed potatoes. ENJOY and Smoke On!
